Southam College is an 11-18 local authority maintained school set in the heart of Warwickshire with 1440 students on roll, with 240 in the Sixth Form.
They are an outstanding school with a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities with a very strong ethos of support and care. Southam College are really excited about working with the UCL Centre for Holocaust education to develop Holocaust education in different departments within our school as well as linking up with the local schools in the area.
They are keen to develop their Holocaust education to allow it to be more encompassing. The school also want to ensure that they focus on areas such as antisemitism, which has been identified as a gap in pupil’s knowledge following from the UCL’s most recent research. Southam College also want to encourage and develop our student’s skills to promote their independent learning.
Southam College are privileged to be able to work with such a fantastic university and being able to use their excellent resources and educators.
