This course explores the role and importance of good planning when teaching about the Holocaust. It introduces key principles of curriculum design and Holocaust pedagogy, and it provides a practical guide to support the planning process. The course is for any teacher responsible for creating a curriculum or scheme of learning on the Holocaust, at any stage of their career, in any subject.
Teaching and structure
The course is online and asynchronous. Participants can work through the activities, watching and reflecting upon short films and exploring lesson resources, at their own pace.
