All of us at the UCL Centre for Holocaust Education are deeply saddened by the news of the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

She was a remarkable woman who devoted herself to the service of the nation and Commonwealth. Her place in history is assured and her legacy profound.

We extend our condolences and our thoughts to the Royal Family at this time.
