On 26th October 2015, the UCL Centre for Holocaust Education will officially launch its most significant piece of research to date.

Drawing on contributions from more than 8,000 11-18 years olds across all year groups of English secondary schools, the report into what young people today know and understand about the Holocaust is the world’s largest ever study of its kind.

The launch event includes a keynote from Deborah Dwork, Rose Professor of Holocaust History and Director of the Strassler Centre for Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Clark University, on the meaning young people make of the Holocaust and why it matters.

The event is open to members of the public and all are welcome to attend the launch of this major research with international significance.
